Preach Your Children Well

Our church has a funny cry room. A cry room is where you take active, rowdy or crying children during the church service. Ours is right next to the altar, so you get a side view of the readings and the homily. What makes it funny is not it's location but the fact that the sound system is only turned up half as loud as the children are. So you get snippets of the talk. Those parents who want to follow along are troubled not only with "what's little Billy putting in his hair?", but when to stand or kneel and "where exactly in the creed are we?". The only thing that really comes though is when the pastor sings, because it is usually loud and off key.
From a church bulletin : "For those of you who have children and don't know it, we have a nursery downstairs." Click here for other church bulletin mistakes!
