Before there was Bandaid, Liveaid, and Michael Jacksonaid, there was George Harrison and the Concert for Bangladesh. George's friend Ravi Shankar informed the former "quiet" Beatle of the terrible conditions of his homeland. George had an epiphany realizing one thing : "We are the world, we are the children We are the ones who make a brighter day So lets start giving." So he decided to gather all of his friends together for a benefit show. After all, "that's what friends are for!" And history was made and the world blest, for generations to come.

In this clip is the performance of the song "That's The Way God Planned It" by Billy Preston! It's a classic. And Billy's "revival" at the end is awesome and well worth the wait.
