Except for Maryland. The MD legislature overrode a veto by Maryland's governor to force Wal-mart to pay more towards employees insurance. More? They never paid any toward it. Shame on them. Qwest and MTA might be union but at least they bear a small semblance of caring for employees, even if they really don't.

Here's Walmart in China. My favorite quote from this article is "We need to be the growth of Wal-Mart when some day the United States slows down." I wonder are they going to sell clothes marked "Made in USA."?
