Mohammed Was A Community Organizer Too!
One ridiculous comparison deserves another.
The other day I crossposted my blog about Jesus being a Community Organizer on my local paper's website. I recieved and replied to one comment that is typical of the left's blinding babble about Obama. Here are the comments:
I don't know what is more flawed, their logic or their knowledge of the Savior.

OK, but I think the comparison arises from the fact that people followed him, gathered around him and were motivated by his words, deeds and presence to change their own lives and communities. I think that qualifies as community organizer, and I don't think it's meant in disrespect. It may be disrespectful to Sarah Palin and to Pontius Pilate, but the title community organizer is not a negative one, in my opinion.

Disrespect to Pontius Pilate? Wow...that's pretty rude. I see where your loyalties are already. The fact is that very few followed Jesus and gathered around him, few understood who He was and it was He who changed their lives, not visa versa.
It is quite possible that Obama has more in common with Mohammed than Jesus...But I won't go there.
I agree that the title community organizer is not a negative one, but Jesus was not one, just as sure as Obama is not savior. And it is that comparison that irks believers.
I don't know what is more flawed, their logic or their knowledge of the Savior.
