Backwards Thinking

Or should I say listening...

Well since posting the "Paul is Dead again" post I have been checking out some other stuff on backmasking. As you can see I'm a Youtube nerd because I invariably find what I'm looking for there. And I mean I can find anything.

I've been interested from time to time in backmasking for three reasons.

1.) some of my favorite bands were "demonised" during the backmasking heyday.

2.) I went to the Bible school that published "Truth About Rock".

3.) Although some of it is uncanny, I think it is like the inkblot test... you hear something, suggested or not, because you want to.

So I've decided to post this nifty backmask from Blue Oyster Cult: Don't Fear The Reaper. (ps. it needs more cowbell--look that up on Youtube!)



Now I personally like Beyonce's stuff but backmasked she's just too racy...I'll let you go there yourself but be warned it is bad...send your kids to bed first. Dang girl! That's some hidden message!

Now I can't wait for the Justin Timberlake backmask! :)
